The subject of this tender is the selection, through a restricted design competition with a jury, of the best proposal for the drafting of the project and subsequent management of the “New Construction of a Residence and Day Centre for the Elderly in Altafulla”. During the provision of the works management, there may be a need for the occasional drafting of modified projects, authorised by the Contracting Authority.
