• Lot 1: the supply and full-service of vending machines for Hot Beverage Provisions, including maintenance and supply of ingredients;

• Lot 2: the supply and full-service of flex-lease vending machines for Cold Beverage Provisions (including vitamin water dispenser, water dispenser), including maintenance and supply of ingredients with the possibility of take-over/purchase of the machines after the original contract duration of 2 years. Lot 1: € 1,900,000 per year, € 15,000,000 for the total duration and the maximum contract value amounts to € 22,500,000. Lot 2: € 700,000 per year, € 5,600,000 for the total duration and the maximum contract value amounts to € 8,400,000. All amounts are exclusive of VAT.
