Services for sampling and analysing soil gas and ambient air samples as part of the post-mining monitoring of the Lorraine coal basin (Lot 1) and the Alsatian oil basin (Lot 2). Lot No. 1 (small lot) will be handled under an accelerated procedure in accordance with Article R2123-1 of the Public Procurement Code. The buyer will negotiate with the top three ranked bidders and reserves the right not to negotiate. Lot No. 2 will be handled as an open procedure (Article R2124-2 1° - Public Procurement Code).
