Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Arzneimittelverträge mit Beitrittsoption

In the interest of providing as wide an information as possible to interested pharmaceutical companies, this notice is published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. The use of the procedure designation "Open Procedure" (Section IV.1.1) in the present notice text is due to the requirements of the notice form. Neither the use of this designation nor the use of the medium "TED" implies any submission to procurement regulations, the application of which is not mandatory by law or by procurement regulations. This is a framework agreement with an option to join, relating to various active substances.
