Design and Construction Services Contract for the studies and works for a Morbihan Solidarities Centre (CMS) located in PLOERMEL (56) in accordance with Articles R.2162-15 to R.2162-21 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract includes a basic mission, supplemented by execution studies for fluid lots, quantity surveying for all lots, the production of a dynamic thermal simulation (phase APS + update in phase APD), deconstruction and HQE certification as defined in Articles L2431-1 to L2431-3 and R.2431-1 to R.2431-18 of the Public Procurement Code. This tender is launched following a first procedure which was abandoned due to site-related constraints. These elements led the contracting authority to revise the programme components of the operation and to define a new land base.
