RDW is looking for one Contractor for the execution of the new Framework Agreement, whereby the activities remain the same as the current situation. The inspections and tests are carried out regularly on the basis of a frequency (depending on the element to be assessed). Findings are updated in the multi-year maintenance plan (MJOP). Here, the Contracting Authority should be relieved as much as possible, with the following starting points and conditions: • A contractor who is a ‘partner’ for the RDW, who can of course deliver, place, carry out maintenance and repairs and who adds value; • Guarantees and is actually able to carry out the activities and will also carry them out; • An agreement based on agreements; • A transparent set-up regarding open budgets and financial information, providing insight into the costs; • During the agreement, the RDW wants to be able to rely on the expertise and expertise of the contractor.
