The subject of the procurement is the framework agreement for expert services related to grant funding, the scope of which is detailed in the procurement documents. The services concern all companies within the Fintraffic Group. The aim is to procure, through the framework agreement, expert support for, among other things (but not limited to) the following tasks:

- Funding programme consulting and planning

- Project-specific search for grant funding

- Developing project ideas, writing applications and preparing documents, such as required cost-benefit analyses, project plans, action plans, financial plans, and other documents related to funding applications

- Project management during the application phase in cases where a company belonging to the Fintraffic Group acts as either the consortium leader or one of the partners

- Possibly network management supporting innovation funding

The framework agreement is described in more detail in Annex B.2 of the procurement subject description and in other procurement documents.

CONTRACT PERIOD

The contract period starts from the signing of the framework agreement and is valid for a fixed term of two (2) years. The contract includes two one-year option periods. The option periods can be utilised one year at a time or two years at a time. The contract ends automatically if the contract is not terminated or if the customer has not utilised the option period.

FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT SCOPE

The estimated maximum value of the framework agreement, excluding VAT, is 300 000 euros, including possible option periods.
