SNCF Gares & Connexions wishes to regenerate its RETA system. In this context, a consultation is launched to acquire a CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) type solution, enabling the routing of calls from the BAU (emergency stop terminals) to the CGA (call management centres), and the handling of calls from the CGA via an HMI (Human-Machine Interface).
