Germany – Architectural services for buildings – Vergabe von Planungsleistungen für Architekten Sanierung und Umbau „Altes Schulhaus“ Stadt Weikersheim

The municipality of Weikersheim wishes to refurbish the former school building to provide 2 urgently needed classrooms and modernised rooms for association use. To ensure the supply, this building will be completely renovated and internally remodelled. In addition, a new, externally located, fire-protected and barrier-free access route is required. In the outdoor area, free spaces and access areas need to be newly designed or adapted. Basic planning approaches and a rough cost estimate for cost groups 200 to 700 from 2023 are available for the task. The actual expenditure for cost group 400 (building services) has not yet been specified. This can probably only be done in the further preparation, or after the availability of LPH 3 by the architect to be commissioned.
