Poland – IT software development services – Usługa wytworzenia, dostawy oraz utrzymania systemu informatycznego propagującego dynamiczną i statyczną informację pasażerską wraz z zarządzaniem nośnikami elektronicznymi ją prezentującymi.

1) The subject of the contract is the supply of the following:

1. Delivery of the Central Passenger Information System WTP (cSIP), consisting of at least:

a) a central application publishing timetable data in GTFS/NeTEx format, disseminating passenger information and monitoring e-ink passenger information carriers,

b) an application component modelling the prediction of vehicle departures from WTP public transport stops and presenting it on e-ink carriers, and publishing vehicle location data in GTFS-RT/SIRI format. The system will meet at least the following passenger needs:

- provide easy access to timetables and routes;

- provide quick information about delays, changes, or failures;

- provide intuitive and unambiguous dynamic and static stop information (offline and online).

Additionally, the system will enable:

- quick updating of stop information in case of changes to bus or tram routes;

- quick and mass updating of timetables in case of changes;

- presentation of additional information (notifications, warnings) on carriers used by ZTM, including all or selected stops (via the electronic sign system).

2. Maintenance of the delivered software in operational condition.

3. Provision of support and warranty services for a period of 60 months from the acceptance of the software.

2) The contracting authority requires the employment, under an employment contract as referred to in Article 95(1) of the Pzp, for the entire duration of the contract performance: Project Manager - in accordance with the provisions of § 6 of the Contract Project.

3) The detailed description of the subject of the contract, the scope of work and their implementation is specified in Annex No. 1 to the Contract and Annex No. 1 to SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract.
