Description

The subject of the public contracts awarded under the established DNS is the performance of standardised and recurring electrical (NN and VN) and measurement and regulation (MaR) assembly works during the implementation of FVE and BESS. The contracting authority will, within the framework of the DNS, procure/require for the construction of individual FVE and BESS, the assembly of NN, VN cables (laying/pulling of cables into prepared routes, ducts and their termination, communication and SKŘ (control and monitoring system), switches, field instrumentation, distributors and earthing, including the supply of small electrical assembly and connecting materials and labels. The detailed subject scope of the DNS, including typical activities and required outputs, is defined in Part 3 of the Tender Documentation – Technical Specification (hereinafter referred to as the “Technical Specification”). The specific scope of each individual public contract will always be determined in the respective Invitation to Tender and its attachments. The DNS is intended solely for partial assembly activities; it does not involve the awarding of "turnkey" projects, EPC or general supply of construction or technological units. The DNS will be divided into categories in accordance with Section 138(1) of the ZZVZ, as follows: a) Category I. – FVE with an installed capacity of up to 30 MWp inclusive; b) Category II. – FVE with an installed capacity of over 30 MWp. The Supplier is entitled to submit an Application to Participate in any Category of DNS or combination of Categories of DNS.
