The Stichting Rotterdamse Vereniging voor Katholiek Onderwijs (hereinafter: RVKO) wishes to select a project manager for managing the project ‘new construction MKC De Schakel in Hoogvliet, Rotterdam’ through the present procedure. The project manager is responsible for managing the project from the evaluation of the applications of the integral design team through to the delivery and aftercare of the project. The design will be fully developed by the design team up to and including the technical design and bill of quantities. On the basis of these documents, a contractor will be selected for the realisation of the project (traditional, UAV-2012). 2,624 m2 BVO.
