Belgium – Exhibition equipment – Marché public de fournitures par procédure concurrentielle avec négociation pour la conception et la réalisation d'une scénographie pour le nouveau parcours semi-permanent des collections des Musées royaux des Beaux-Arts de Belgique
Description
This contract is a supplies contract for the design, development of a scenographic charter, and implementation of a scenography for the new semi-permanent route of the collections of the Royal Museums for Fine Arts of Belgium. The contract includes:
The design of an artistic scenographic framework for the new semi-permanent presentation of the collections within four important parts of the buildings of the Royal Museums for Fine Arts of Belgium: the Balat building, the Gresham building, the Argenteau building and the Forum.
The design of a scenographic framework for the connecting zones to other rooms housing collection presentations and exhibitions, semi-permanent or not, in the same scenographic spirit and continuity. This concerns in particular the route leading to the Magritte Museum and the connection with the temporary exhibition rooms on level -4.
The development of a scenographic charter ("Spatial Design Toolkit") defining the fundamental principles of the scenographic approach and vision. This charter defines, in particular, the use of materials, the working method and the execution and finishing guidelines and serves as a structural guide for future scenographic applications (notably the Meunier Museum, the Wiertz Museum, temporary exhibitions and new exhibition rooms in the planned extensions).
The implementation, as materialisation of the project, as well as the coordination and follow-up of the artistic scenographic framework for the new semi-permanent presentation of the collection within four important parts of the buildings of the Royal Museums for Fine Arts of Belgium: the Balat building, the Gresham building, the Argenteau building and the Forum.
The implementation, as materialisation of the project, as well as the coordination and follow-up of the scenographic framework for the connecting zones to other rooms housing collection presentations and exhibitions, semi-permanent or not, in the same scenographic spirit and continuity. This concerns in particular the route to the Magritte Museum and the connection with the temporary exhibition rooms on level -4.
