Supply of construction materials – adhesives, sheets, finishing and bonding materials - SAIFI 2026-2028 in accordance with the terms of reference no. 13336/19.06.2026 Value without VAT – 2.358.986,04 lei Currency: lei For framework agreement: The estimated minimum and maximum value of the framework agreement is: - min. 3.914,18 lei max. 2.358.986,04 lei Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: The awarding of subsequent contracts will only be done based on the actual needs of the contracting authority, with the minimum and maximum quantities being estimated. Minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement: The following will be procured: a minimum of one product/UM and the maximum quantity of products that can be procured is detailed in the Annex to the Terms of Reference. Estimated minimum and maximum quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract among those to be awarded during the framework agreement: The estimated value of the smallest and largest subsequent contract is: - min. 3.871,63 lei max. 1.179.493,02 lei. The subject of a single subsequent contract will be a minimum of one product/UM for each position partially listed in the Annex to the Terms of Reference and 1/2 of the maximum quantity of products that can be procured, the quantity mentioned in the Annex to the Terms of Reference, given that it is the estimated maximum quantity to be procured for a period of 24 months, i.e. the quantity divided by 2 years. Estimated calendar (frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded): annually depending on the budget resources. The contracting authority will award a framework agreement with a single economic operator, for a period of 24 months, starting from the date of awarding the procedure.
