This consultation is launched by the purchasing group (hereinafter "the La Poste Group") composed of: - La Poste, - La Banque Postale. La Poste acts as the coordinator of the purchasing group. The La Poste Group wishes to have a solution for managing the spaces and services of the work environment of tertiary sites (sites dedicated to service activities, and not to industrial production, including offices and workspaces). The expected solution must support the deployment of Flex Office and new ways of working. It must facilitate the management of the work environment (workspaces and workstations, meeting rooms, bubbles/boxes, parking spaces, etc.), contribute to the optimization of site occupancy, and improve the user experience (employees, managers, visitors). The contract is not divided into lots. The geographical scope covers all the sites concerned on French territory (Metropolitan France, Corsica and DROM). Candidates are informed that, as part of the execution of the contract, exchanges between the teams of the selected service provider and the teams of La Poste and La Banque Postale will take place only in French. The hosting of La Poste's personal data must be located within the European Union (EU), a country of the European Economic Area (EEA), or a country recognized as adequate by the European Union. The solution must comply with the obligations of digital accessibility and responsible design of digital services (RGAA). It must also be in line with the security policy of the La Poste Group (PSSIG). The services of this contract constitute for the subsidiary La Banque Postale of La Poste (i) an ICT Service within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 (DORA non FCI) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 December 2022 on the digital operational resilience of the financial sector. In this regard, the contract must include enhanced contractual obligations, particularly with regard to security, confidentiality, subcontracting, monitoring, management and follow-up of services. By applying for this contract, the tenderer acknowledges that it must comply with the specific requirements related to the aforementioned banking regulations.
