Poland – Data transmission services – Świadczenie usługi transmisji danych w postaci bezpiecznej i dyspozycyjnej sieci dostępowej WAN VPLS zgodnej z protokołem Ethernet

The subject of the contract is the provision of a data transmission service (hereinafter also referred to as: WAN service or WAN VPLS service) through the provision, configuration, implementation and maintenance for the duration of the service, of infrastructure in the form of a secure and available WAN access network in VPLS technology compliant with the Ethernet protocol, available at the locations (judicial units) listed in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, with the technical parameters, properties and functionalities specified in the subject of the contract, which is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 2. The Contractor will provide the WAN VPLS service for individual locations as follows: 2.1. The Contractor will assemble a link in fibre-optic technology, implement, configure and hand over for operation (launch) the WAN in VPLS technology to the extent necessary to service: a) 1 (one) judicial unit/location (hereinafter also referred to as a location from Group 1), specified in item no. 1 of Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, for a basic link with a throughput of 10 Gb/s, b) 40 (forty) judicial units/locations (hereinafter also referred to as locations from Group 2), specified in items no. 2 to 41 of Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, for a link with a throughput of 1 Gb/s; 2.2. The Contractor will assemble a backup link, routed along a geographically separate path from the basic link, in fibre-optic technology, and implement, configure and hand over for operation (launch) in a backup formula the WAN in VPLS technology for the judicial unit/location specified in item no. 1 of Annex No. 2 to the SWZ for a link with a throughput of 10 Gb/s. 3. The Contractor will provide the infrastructure created for the purpose of implementing the contract in the form of a secure and available WAN in VPLS technology compliant with the Ethernet protocol, available at the locations indicated in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, for a period of 24 months from the date of launch of the WAN service. 4. Throughout the service provision period, the Contractor is obliged to provide technical and administrative support services, including the readiness of technical services throughout the WAN VPLS service provision period, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year – in accordance with the requirements specified in the subject of the contract (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ) and in the contract template (Annex No. 7 to the SWZ). 5. The detailed scope and description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), which, after the conclusion of the contract for the subject of the contract, will be Annex No. 1 to the contract.
