Poland – Passenger information system – DOSTAWA, MONTAŻ I URUCHOMIENIE TABLIC SYSTEMU DYNAMICZNEJ INFORMACJI PASAŻERSKIEJ NA TERENIE MIASTA JELENIA GÓRA

The subject of the order is the supply, installation and commissioning of 40 units of Passenger Information Dynamic Display Systems in the area of the City of Jelenia Góra, at locations indicated by the Purchaser, along with the execution of accompanying works including the construction of foundations and the execution of electrical connections necessary for their operation. The order is divided into four (4) Stages: 1) Stage I – preparation of design documentation for the installation of 21 Passenger Information Dynamic Display Systems based on the subject of this order and based on the connection conditions (Attachment no. 4 to Volume III SWZ) along with obtaining the required legal opinions, agreements and decisions (including agreement with the conservator of monuments – if required) necessary for the proper preparation of the design documentation and commencement of the task. 2) Stage II – execution of construction works based on the prepared and approved design documentation along with the supply, installation and commissioning of 21 units of new factory Passenger Information Dynamic Display Systems. The scope of Stage II includes: a) construction of foundations for Passenger Information Dynamic Display Systems, b) execution of electrical connections, c) laying the necessary power supply cabling in the prepared underground infrastructure, d) restoration of the surface in the work areas to the original state (e.g. bituminous surfaces, cobblestone, green areas), e) supply, installation and commissioning of 21 units of new factory Passenger Information Dynamic Display Systems. A detailed description of the Passenger Information Dynamic Display Systems (SDIP) is provided in Attachment no. 1 to Volume III SWZ. f) conducting training for 4 persons indicated by the Purchaser in the scope of installation, configuration and operation of Passenger Information Dynamic Display Systems necessary for their proper use. Stage III – the scope of Stage III includes the supply, installation and commissioning of 6 units of new factory Passenger Information Dynamic Display Systems along with the supply of 6 units of new prefabricated foundations to the location indicated by the Purchaser in the area of the City of Jelenia Góra based on the subject of this order. Stage IV – the scope of Stage IV includes the supply, installation and commissioning of 13 units of new factory Passenger Information Dynamic Display Systems (in accordance with point IV at the interchange nodes in Jelenia Góra at: - ul. Podchorążych, - Al. Jana Pawła II - bus stop Dworzec Autobusowy 02, - Al. Jana Pawła II - bus stop Dworzec Autobusowy 01, - ul. Podgórzyńska, - ul. Krakowska, - ul. Czarnoleska, - ul. Karola Miarki, - ul. Kiepury; plots, - ul. Kilara; plots, - ul. Wróblewskiego, - ul. Goduszyńska, - ul. Trzcińska, - ul. Wita Stwosza. A detailed description of the Passenger Information Dynamic Display Systems (SDIP) is provided in Attachment no. 1 to Volume III SWZ. The order is implemented as part of the budget task entitled: „Sustainable urban mobility in the Jelenia Góra Agglomeration”. The task is co-financed under the project no. FENX.03.01-IP.02-0021/24 entitled: „Sustainable urban mobility in the Jelenia Góra Agglomeration” co-financed from the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 within the action FENX.03.01 Urban transport priority FENX.03 Urban transport.
