The subject of the procedure is the Europe-wide award of general planning services for the "Construction of Staff Accommodation at the Therapy Centre Burgau (TZB)" in a negotiated procedure with a competitive dialogue in accordance with §§ 17 VgV. The subject of the general planner tender is planning services for the building and specialist planning according to HOAI or AHO:

• Building planning for buildings and interior spaces / LPH 1-9

• Building planning for outdoor facilities / LPH 1-9

• Specialist planning for technical equipment (all plant groups) / LPH 1-9

• Specialist planning for structural design / LPH 1-6

• Specialist planning for fire protection / LPH 1-5 and 8

• Specialist planning for building physics (thermal protection, building/room acoustics) / LPH 1-7
