Poland – Forestry services – Wykonywanie usług z zakresu gospodarki leśnej na terenie Nadleśnictwa Żednia w roku 2027

The subject of the contract are forestry services in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663 – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, as well as works in the field of nursery management at the forest nursery, to be carried out in the area of the Żednia Forest District in 2027. 2) The material scope of the subject of the contract covers the summary quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, as well as works in the field of nursery management at the forest nursery resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. – planned size of works; Annex No. 2.2. - detailed size of works according to groups of activities, activities and location; Annex No. 2.3.1. – forestry characteristics in the field of timber harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.2. – assortment structure of timber harvesting in the forestry; Annex No. 2.3.3. – compilation of distances and conditions of timber extraction; Annex No. 2.3.4. – compilation of positions with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and extraction; Annex No. 2.3.5. – compilation of positions not available for mechanical harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of timber harvesting (potential); Annex No. 2.3.7. - information on the optimal variant of timber harvesting Annex No. 2.4.1. - potential locations for the care of forest stands; Annex No. 2.4.2. - compilation of positions not available for renewals carried out using a planter. 3) The material scopes compiled in the annexes constituting Annex No. 2 have an estimated character. 4) The quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 3.1. "Description of the standard of forestry work technology"; Annex No. 3.2. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of forestry work technology"; Annex No. 3.3. "Description of the standard of technology for works in the field of nursery management"; Annex No. 3.4. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for works in the field of nursery management"; Annex No. 3.5. "Description of the standard of technology for fire protection works"; Annex No. 3.6. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for fire protection works". The detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forestry works (activities) specified in Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and the detailed description of the standard of technology for works in the field of nursery management (activities) specified in Annex No. 3.3. to the SWZ as well as the detailed description of the standard of technology for fire protection works (activities) specified in Annex No. 3.5. to the SWZ constitute the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above annexes has not been provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ or Annex No. 3.3. to the SWZ and Annex No. 3.5. to the SWZ do not apply. The Tables of Parameters contain (separately for each Package) detailed information regarding the manner of performing some of the activities described in Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for forestry works or in Annex No. 3.3. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for works in the field of nursery management as well as in Annex No. 3.5. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for fire protection works in special conditions regarding a given Package constituting the subject of the contract. 5) Descriptions of the codes of activities describing individual forestry works (activities), fire protection works (activities) as well as works in the field of nursery management at the forest nursery (activities) constituting the subject of the contract have been described in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 6) The description of the rules of the procedure for making acceptances of forestry works has been included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 7) The subject of the contract has been divided into parts ("Package") Package I – forestries: Jałówka, Cisówka, Lewkowo; Package II – forestries: Łuplanka, Podozierany, Nowa Wola, Kazimierzowo; Package III – forestries: Królowy Most, Cieliczanka, Pieszczaniki, Kołodno; Package IV – forestries: Stanek, Żednia, Rudnica, Kozi Las; Package V – forestries: Borsukowina, Słomianka, Folwarki, Zabłudów; Package VI – forestries: Sokole, Kokotowo, Michałowo, Trześcianka. The contractor may submit an offer for one or more Packages. However, an offer submitted for a given Package must cover the entire scope of works provided for in the SWZ for that Package. 8) The place of performance of the subject of the contract will be the administrative area of the Żednia Forest District. 9) The performance of works constituting the subject of the contract for individual Packages will take place in the area of forestries – appropriate for a given Package ("Package Performance Area") with the reservation that for the settlement activities "DYZUR PAD" and "DYŻUR-PM" the "Package Performance Area" will be the administrative area of the Żednia Forest District. The location (forest address) of individual forestry works within the scope of the Subject of the Contract indicated in the annexes constituting Annex No. 2 has a preliminary character. The location (forest address) of individual works within the scope of the Subject of the Contract will be specified in the Order, referred to in point 3.3.1) of the SWZ, with the reservation that it will always be the Package
