France – Video-conferencing equipment – Le présent marché public a pour objet la conception, la fourniture, l'installation et la maintenance d'équipements de visioconférence destinés à moderniser et homogénéiser les salles de réunion de Constructys, situées au siège, dans les directions régionales et dans les départements et régions d'outre-mer (Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique)

This contract is a framework agreement setting out all contractual terms and executed as orders are placed (Articles L.2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code). The public contract is awarded at mixed prices. In accordance with the Schedule of Lumped Sum and Unit Prices, it includes services provided at: lumped sum prices and unit prices. This public contract is concluded for a period of 12 months from the date of notification. At the end of this first contractual period, the public contract may be tacitly renewed 3 times for a further period of 12 months each time. The estimated date of notification of the framework agreement is 7 January 2027.
