This is a multi-year supply contract for the provision of pouring sleeves and cable diversion clamps. The purpose of the contract is to conclude a Framework Agreement with several Economic Operators. The purpose of the contract is to conclude, for all lots, a cascade Framework Agreement with the 2 highest-ranked Tenderers according to the award criteria. Only the Tenderer ranked first according to the award criteria will be considered as the 'active' Awarded Contractor. The other Tenderer, (ranked second), will be considered as the 'standby' Awarded Contractor. Their contract can only be activated in the event of failure of the active Awarded Contractor. In this context, the Contracting Authority will reserve the right, while respecting public procurement regulations, to call on the standby Awarded Contractor who submitted the 2nd most economically advantageous tender based on the award criteria of the Framework Agreement (cascade principle). Consequently, the failing Awarded Contractor, in accordance with the ex officio measures provided for in the Royal Decree of 14/01/2013 establishing the general rules for the execution of public contracts, will see their contract, for said Framework Agreement, terminated, and this for the remainder of the duration of the Framework Agreement. The contract consists of 4 lots: Lot 1: Small pouring sleeve Lot 2: Large pouring sleeve Lot 3: Cable diversion clamp standard - EAXeVB 4G150 Lot 4: Cable diversion clamps other cables. It is possible to submit a tender for one or more lots.
