The purpose of this procurement procedure is to realise a Metropolitan Cinema that meets the requirements and wishes as set out in this tender. To achieve this goal, the contracting authority intends to conclude a design-build contract (Annex 1) with one (1) contractor and, after the successful completion of the design-build phase, possibly a construction contract. The design and realisation of a Metropolitan Cinema has a total surface area of approximately 1,350 m² BVO.
