The Contract involves the realisation of a new district office. The current accommodation of district Zeehaven (unit Rotterdam), located at Sint Jobsweg 2 and 6 and Neckarweg 50 in Rotterdam, is outdated and insufficiently supports the necessary integrated working method. To provide for sustainable and suitable accommodation, the location Tarwezand 30–32 at the Madroelhaven in Pernis was acquired on a long lease in early 2023.
