Framework agreement for the supply of tropical fruits, seasonal fruits, for the following lots:

LOT 1 – Tropical fruits October 2026 – March 2027

LOT 2 – Tropical fruits April 2027 – September 2027

LOT 3 – Seasonal fruits October 2026 – September 2027

These will be delivered with the characteristics and under the conditions requested in the Terms of Reference. The framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum of 2 (two) economic operators ranked in order of classification, in the event that there are two economic operators declared admissible (meet the requested conditions according to the award documentation). In the event that there are not at least two economic operators, the framework agreement will be concluded with the qualified economic operator. The award criterion for each lot of the supply framework agreement is "Best value for money". The contracting authority will sign the framework agreement only with the economic operators ranked in positions 1 and 2. Payment will be made through OP within 30 calendar days from the date of validation of the electronic invoice in the national system for electronic invoicing RO e-Factura and exceptionally within a maximum of 60 calendar days from the date of registration of the same in accordance with the provisions of art. 7 para. 1 of Law no. 72/2013 updated. Economic operators may request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification regarding the award documentation in accordance with the obligation provided for in art. 160 para. 2 of Law 98/2016, on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The minimum/maximum quantities of the framework agreement and of the largest subsequent contract estimated to be concluded within the framework agreement are found in the Terms of Reference.

LOT 2: minimum 25,584.25 lei and maximum 63,681.50 lei

LOT 3: minimum 60,732.50 lei and maximum 281,831.50 lei

Estimated value excl. VAT framework agreement: minimum 119,689.50 lei and maximum 578,877.00 lei
