The procedure is announced with the following two separate lots:

Lot 1: "Delivery of an apparatus for continuous and automated monitoring, analysis and real-time assessment of dissolved gas concentrations in transformer oils, mounted on a foundation near the transformer" — the lot provides for delivery through purchase, installation and commissioning of apparatuses for continuous and automated monitoring, analysis and real-time assessment of dissolved gas concentrations in transformer oils. The lot includes communication settings, including with a telecommunication module with SIM card (if applicable), training of personnel to work with the apparatus and the user software at the Contracting Authority's site. The time limit for the performance of the public contract under the lot is up to 140 calendar days, of which: The delivery time of the apparatus is up to 120 calendar days from the entry into force of the contract; The time for supervision of installation, commissioning, communication settings, training of personnel to work with the apparatus and the user software at the Contracting Authority's site is within 20 calendar days; The warranty period is: not less than 24 months, counted from the date of signing the acceptance protocol for commissioning and conducted training of personnel.

Lot 2: "Delivery of an apparatus for continuous and automated monitoring, analysis and real-time assessment of dissolved gas concentrations in transformer oils, permanently mounted on a crane of the transformer" — the lot provides for delivery through purchase, installation and commissioning of apparatuses for continuous and automated monitoring, analysis and real-time assessment of dissolved gas concentrations in transformer oils. The lot includes communication settings, including with a telecommunication module with SIM card (if applicable), training of personnel to work with the apparatus and the user software at the Contracting Authority's site.
