The subject of the public procurement contract is the contractual assurance of the supply of arresters and reactors with a selected supplier for planned investment measures, planned repairs and the assurance of the elimination of a hazardous condition in the supply of arresters and reactors VN for the safe and reliable operation of the distribution network equipment for the period 10/2027–10/2033. Given the scope of the contract, which is an above-threshold contract, the procedure will be carried out in accordance with Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on Public Procurement, as amended. The contract is divided into 3 parts in accordance with Section 35 of the Public Procurement Act: Part 1. - supply of 22kV surge arresters incl. the relevant secondary reactor Part 2. - supply of 35kV surge arresters incl. the relevant secondary reactor Part 3. - supply of shunt reactors Further information is provided in the tender documentation published in the NEN.
