The subject of the contract is the implementation of the work: „Connection of the V492 Veľký Ďur - Horná Ždaňa line to R400kV in ESt Levice“, consisting of seven construction objects: SO 01 Connection of the 2x400 kV line V490/491 with a length of 1.265 km SO 02 Change of part of the 1x400 kV line V490 to line V449 with a length of 2.5 km SO 03 Connection of the 2x400 kV lines V492/426 with a length of 2.014 km SO 04 New line V492 with a length of 2.173 km SO 05 Storage optical cable (SOC) field no. 5 SO 06 Storage optical cable (SOC) field no. 7 SO 07 Storage optical cable (SOC) field no. 8 The scope of the subject of fulfilment is the dismantling of existing parts of line V491 in the section p.b.č.48 - portal ESt Levice, V492 in the section p.b.č.48 – p.b.č.61, V426 in the section p.b.č.8 - portal ESt Levice, V449 in the section p.b.č.50 – portal ESt Levice and V490 in the section p.b.č.35 – portal ESt Levice, the construction of parts of new lines V490/V491 in the section p.b.č.48 – portal ESt Levice, parts of new lines V492/V426 in the section p.b.č.8 – portal ESt Levice, part of the new line V492 in the section p.b.č.50 – p.b.č.4 (common support point for lines V492/426) and part of the new line V449 in the section p.b.č.37 – p.b.č.48 as well as the construction of new storage optical cables (SOC) in ESt Levice (field no. 5, field no. 7 and field no. 8), related activities, preparation of documentation for the implementation of the construction (DRS), sectional documentation of poles and documentation of actual execution (DSV) in accordance with the prepared documentation for the selection of the contractor (DVZ) „Connection of the V492 Veľký Ďur – Horná Ždaňa line to R400kV in ESt Levice“, arch. no. 52-9-02519 prepared by the company SPIE Elektrovod, a.s., Prievozská 4C, 824 66 Bratislava dated 02/2026. 2. Assembly works within the construction of new 400 kV line parts, as well as dismantling works on the original 400 kV lines, will take place with regard to the deadlines for switching off lines V491, V492, V426, V449 and V490 in 2028, with the expected total scope of switching off line V491 for 59 days (from 21.08.2028 to 19.10.2028), line V492 for 14 days (from 14.10.2028 to 24.10.2028 and from 11.12.2028 to 15.12.2028), line V426 for 115 days (from 22.08.2028 to 15.12.2028), line V449 for 46 days (from 25.10.2028 to 10.12.2028) and V490 for 51 days (from 20.10.2028 to 10.12.2028), progressively in accordance with the approved construction schedule prepared by the Contractor. Assembly works within the construction of new 400 kV lines will be carried out progressively on the 1x400 kV lines V491, V492, V426, V449 and V490 in the switched-off state. The exact deadlines for switching off lines V491, V492, V426, V449 and V490 will be determined in the annual switching-off schedule and notified in writing to the Contractor. The above deadlines for switching off the lines may be changed in the event of an adverse situation in the transmission system exclusively by the Client based on his requirements and/or the occurrence of circumstances justifying the conclusion of an addendum according to § 18 ZVO, in which case the Contractor is obliged to take into account the annual switching-off plan. In the event of a change in the deadlines for switching off the lines, the new deadlines for switching off the lines will be notified to the Contractor immediately in writing to the address of the Contractor.
