The Caritas-Klinik St. Anna gGmbH wishes to further energetically modernise the Caritas-Klinik St. Anna (formerly Malteser-Krankenhaus) in Berlin-Charlottenburg. The property consists of the actual hospital with 97 beds (12 additional beds will be available by 2026) on an area of 9.330 m² NGF, which was built in 1966 and whose windows and exterior wall were energetically upgraded in the years 2014-2016. The clinic was also expanded with an extension. In 2025, a few beds were added in existing rooms. The adjacent nursing home Haus Malta with an area of 2.673 m² NGF and 51 nursing places, which was also built in 1966 and completely renovated in 2006, will be supplied with media technology.
