Poland – Ambulances – Dostawa 3 sztuk ambulansów podstawowych wraz z wyposażeniem, w wykonaniu furgon, z napędem 4x4 i DMC powyżej 3,5 t

The subject of the order is the delivery of 3 (three) factory-new basic ambulances – road ambulances type C, in the form of a van, with 4x4 drive and DMC above 3.5 t, along with specialist installation and equipment specified in the Basic Order and the Option Right valuation. The detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The Basic Order includes the delivery of 3 complete ambulances, each of which has, in particular: an automatic or manual gearbox; a mechanical patient transport system including stretchers and a trolley in accordance with PN-EN 1865 or an equivalent standard; a mechanical base/sled for stretchers with side shift. The Option Right includes: 1) O.1 - a surcharge for replacing the mechanical stretcher system with an electro-hydraulic system along with a charging system from the vehicle installation - from 0 to 3 vehicles; 2) O.2 – a portable defibrillator with a base for mounting on a wall panel - from 0 to 3 units; 3) O.3 - an active disinfection system for the medical compartment - from 0 to 3 vehicles; 4) O.4 - a set of pneumatic immobilising rails - from 0 to 3 sets; 5) O.5 - a set of immobilising rails of type SPLINT - from 0 to 3 sets; 6) O.6 - a stabilising vacuum mattress with a pump - from 0 to 3 units; 7) O.7 - a short orthopaedic board/immobilising vest of type KED - from 0 to 3 units. 8) O.8 – scoop stretcher - from 0 to 3 units; 9) O.9 – cardiological chair with a sliding system - from 0 to 3 units; 10) O.10 – long orthopaedic board with a head immobilising set and securing belts - from 0 to 3 units; 11) O.11 – respirator - from 0 to 3 units; 12) O.12 – device for automatic chest compression - from 0 to 3 units; 13) O.13 – drive for intravenous cannulas - from 0 to 3 units; 14) O.14 – bacteriostatic blanket - from 0 to 3 units. 15) O.15 – portable transport stretcher with a rigid aluminium frame - from 0 to 3 units; 16) O.16 – triage segregation set with KAM vest - from 0 to 3 sets; 17) O.17 – protective helmet – set = 3 units - from 0 to 3 sets; 18) O.18 – bulletproof and knife-resistant vest – set = 3 units - from 0 to 3 sets. 19) O.19 – headlamp – set = 3 units - from 0 to 3 sets.
