Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – GP OP-Bau VH

The subject of the contract is the provision of general planning services for the new construction of an operating theatre wing, an emergency and medical care centre, a ventilation and an electrical centre for the Sankt Vinzenz Hospital Rheda-Wiedenbrück from LPH 4. The contract is awarded in stages. The general planning services cover the following service packages:

- Building design in accordance with § 34 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI, performance phase 4 to 9,

- Landscape design in accordance with § 39 in conjunction with Annex 11 HOAI, performance phase 4 to 9,

- Structural engineering in accordance with § 51 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 14 HOAI, performance phase 4 to 6,

- Building services engineering in accordance with § 55 in conjunction with Annex 15 HOAI for the following systems:

- System 1: Wastewater, water or gas systems,

- System 2: Heating supply,

- System 3: Ventilation systems,

- System 4: High voltage,

- System 5: Low voltage,

- System 6: Conveying systems,

- System 7: Specialised building services systems,

- System 8: Medical equipment,

- System 9: Building automation, performance phases 4 to 9,

- Specialised planning and consulting services in accordance with Annex 1, No. 1.2 HOAI: Building physics, performance phases 4 to 9, consisting of:

- Thermal insulation and energy balancing,

- Building acoustics (sound insulation),

- Room acoustics, and as special services, fire protection including fire protection concept, performance phases 4 to 9.
