The award of a framework agreement for the procurement of services for the collection of taxes, duties and contravention fines through unattended payment terminals and mobile application, as well as the rental of unattended payment equipment, in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18 days. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
