Supply of Medicines 2026 in accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference. A. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(1) of Law No. 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is a maximum of 18 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. B. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(2) of Law No. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information by the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned in point A. will put the contracting authority in the position of being unable to provide a response within the timeframe mentioned in point B. and, as a consequence, any request for clarification outside the specified deadlines will be considered LATE.
