With the provision of the Blind Spot lessons, we aim to achieve three objectives. The first objective is for pupils to be aware of the dangers of the blind spot, to be able to identify it and to know how to act actively near a vehicle with a blind spot to increase their chances of survival (or to prevent accidents). Secondly, pupils can also clearly communicate to others why it is safer to stay out of the blind spot. And lastly, pupils know that the blind spot is not only a danger with lorries, but with all large vehicles. For this task, the metropolitan region with its 21 municipalities is divided into 6 geographical areas. These 6 areas lead to 6 lots with between 90 and 170 primary school locations for this task.
