Dalkia is the contractor for the creation and operation of the urban heating plant and network in the municipalities of Bayonne and Saint Pierre d'Irube. These works include the construction of a heating plant, a heat network and its substations. The present call for tender concerns the implementation of a fibre optic network to enable the substations to communicate with the central heating plant. The future heat network, with 24 substations, will be supplied by a new central heating plant using biomass and heat recovered from the Adour via a heat pump. The heat network between the heating plant and the substations will be approximately 6 km long. In light of the above, the contracting authority Dalkia wishes to entrust the successful tenderer with a mission to supply and install the equipment necessary for the transmission of data from all the installations of the network by fibre optic. The equipment will adapt to the development of the heat network and the existing communication network. The services will include:

- Studies and sizing, supply of execution documents,

- Laying of monomode fibre cables in underground ducts

- Connection in each substation,

- Supply of equipment related to fibre cables, switches, power supplies, passive boxes

- Commissioning

The contracting entity reserves the right to ask tenderers to present one or more mandatory variants, which will then be described in the Tender Documents.
