The subject of the public contract is the modification of the layout of parts 1.N.P. – 7.N.P. of buildings B1, B2, and the associated implementation of new electrical distribution, low-voltage distribution, ZTI, VZT, medical gas distribution, and the repair of the roof and ceiling structure. The construction plan involves the adjustment of internal layouts to create new facilities (Emergency Admission, Eye Department, Orthopedics, Gynecology and Obstetrics Department). Additionally, new medical rooms will be realized as part of the plan. Interventions in the load-bearing system are minimal. The existing building envelope will not change, only necessary local repairs, partial replacement of window openings, and insulation of affected roof sections with replacement of the roofing and reconstruction of the roof structure will take place. The new internal layout is primarily designed using lightweight plasterboard constructions, which meet the high requirements for acoustics and fire safety of healthcare buildings. Internal surfaces (floors, walls, ceilings) are designed with a focus on hygiene, easy cleanability, and durability, typical for clean facilities and hospital standards (ceramic cladding in rooms with the highest surface cleanability requirements, washable paints, and epoxy coatings). Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Heating is connected to the existing central source of the area. Ventilation of the main facilities is solved as forced balanced with heat recovery, while for operating and intervention rooms it is supplemented with HEPA filtration and precise pressure cascade. Cooling of living spaces is local (VRV and SPLIT systems). High and Low Voltage Installations will be carried out completely new. High-voltage circuits are strictly divided according to importance, including the establishment of a medical isolated system (ZIS) for critical beds. Low-voltage systems will provide standard data infrastructure, security (CCTV, EKV), fire protection (EPS, NZS) and the patient-nurse communication system. Due to the measured current consumption of building B1B2, it is necessary to replace the NN distribution between object B1B2 and the power center. It is addressed in a separate section PD – IO01 – Replacement of NN distribution. Medical Gases and Healthcare Technology Medical gas distribution will use existing central sources, but their internal distribution and end devices will be completely new. Departments will be equipped with modern wall-mounted ramps or quick couplings, ceiling stands, and heavy bridges, which fully integrate the supply of gases, energy, and data directly to the patient's bed or operating table.
