The subject of the public contract is the delivery of 15 units of BEMU rail vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "vehicles") fully operational on railway tracks with a gauge of 1 435 mm in the territory of the Czech Republic, including all permits, approvals, consents, and registrations that are valid according to the legislation on the date of delivery of the respective vehicle to the contractor, necessary for the operation and use of the delivered vehicles, and which will allow the contractor to operate and use the vehicles properly and without restriction in the territory of the Czech Republic.
