France – Agency fuel cards – Fourniture de carburants à la pompe par cartes accréditives ( plus additifs et huiles moteur) pour les véhicules et le matériel technique du Syndicat mixte du Parc naturel régional de Corse

The Syndicat mixte du Parc naturel régional de Corse has a fleet of 56 vehicles (tourism and utility) that run on unleaded 95 petrol or diesel. In addition, field agents also use technical equipment (brush cutters, chainsaws, generators) that run on unleaded 95 petrol and gasoil (GNR). The expected services are: The supply of an accreditation card per vehicle with a locking system allowing to secure each fuel withdrawal, by identifying each time and reliably the vehicle and the driver (vehicle pin code and driver code). The distribution of fuels (unleaded 95 petrol - diesel) + additive (type AdBlue) + engine oil by accreditation cards. The supply of a few accreditation and nominative cards for certain agents of the PnrC to proceed with the withdrawal of fuels, + engine oil for technical equipment. The supply of a dedicated computer application (software or internet access) facilitating the management and monitoring of vehicle and technical equipment consumption and which must allow: - Monthly (or over a given period) tracking of expenses by vehicle and driver - Monthly tracking of vehicle consumption - Tracking of anomalies detected by setting alerts - Detailed information on transactions: date, time, location, quantity… - The possibility during the contract to integrate and/or modify parameters (quantitative, authorizations for fuel collection by working days, by hour…). These parameters will be programmed with the contractor at the beginning of the contract. - An annual report on the monitoring of the consumption of the vehicle fleet in the form of a summary statement in Excel format. The contract is part of the policy to reduce the environmental impact of the vehicle fleet of the Syndicat and in the objectives of sustainable development applicable to public procurement.
