The subject of the public procurement is the modernisation of the hospital information system (HIS) in the form of extending functionalities. The more detailed conditions of the subject of the public procurement are in the technical specification of the supply, which is part C of the tender documentation, and in the draft contract, which is part D of the tender documentation. The public procurement is not divided into parts. The contracting authority has not divided the public procurement into parts because the required services form a single functional unit – the hospital information system – and these supplies cannot be logically divided in any way. To eliminate any doubt, the contracting authority explicitly states that the service is not part of the delivery.
