The subject of the tender is services in the field of risk management to support TenneT TSO GmbH in the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects for the power transmission network. The services include, in particular, the identification, analysis, evaluation, monitoring and communication of project risks and opportunities, as well as the development of appropriate measures for risk control. The aim is to create transparent decision-making bases and to support successful project implementation in terms of costs, deadlines, quality and other essential project objectives. To protect the confidentiality of information from the contracting authority in the tender documents, a confidentiality agreement (NDA) should be concluded. To do this, use the document "RMII-Ausschreibung - Geheimhaltungsvereinbarung" available for download and send the signed copy to the following email addresses: [email protected] and [email protected]. Bidders are permitted to transmit signed NDAs to the contracting authority at any time during the application process. The contracting authority will grant the bidder access to the tender documents after a plausibility check has been carried out. From this, the bidder cannot yet infer that the contracting authority certifies the bidder's suitability for further participation in the tender procedure. In this regard, the contracting authority will send separate invitations to submit offers to the bidders admitted to the tender procedure after the application deadline has expired. The application must be submitted on time, i.e. no later than the application deadline of 04.12.2026 at 12:00, CET, via the e-procurement platform Mercell. Individual deadline extensions will not be granted. Notes on the submission of applications: Submission of the application by post, email or fax is not permitted. A violation of this requirement may result in the exclusion of the application. The contracting authority considers signatures for the application competition in digital form (e-signature or scan) and without a stamp or in text form under § 126 b BGB to be sufficient.
