Scope of the contract includes, inter alia: 1) basement renovation, 2) roof covering renovation, 3) attic renovation, 4) execution of anti-moisture insulation of foundation walls, 5) execution of a building skirt, 6) replacement of door joinery, 7) staircase renovation, 8) renovation of residential unit no. 19 (vacant), 9) electrical works including: - replacement of the internal power supply line and administrative circuits with the installation of lighting fixtures, - installation of switchboards: main, residential, main fire safety switch, - installation of lightning protection system and equalizing connections, - installation of intercom system, - installation of RTV-SAT system, - installation of structural cabling, 10) sanitary works including: - execution of cold water and sanitary sewer installations as well as installation of fittings and sanitary ware, - dismantling of the internal gas installation. 11) execution, delivery and installation of "information board for residents", in accordance with the "Instructions for the Contractor, Rules for marking investments in the scope of information for residents".
