Germany – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – Finanzamt Detmold - Generalunternehmer

The BLB NRW intends to commission a contractor to carry out the turnkey construction and integrated planning services for the "New Detmold Tax Office" on the basis of a Functional Performance Description (FLB). The basis of the FLB is an existing approval planning (LPH 4). The commissioning of the bidder includes planning and construction services (LPH 5 to 9).

Phases of the tendering or negotiation procedure:

The negotiation procedure will be carried out in several consecutive negotiation rounds:

1. Participation competition with publication of the relevant project information (e.g. FLB Part A) and all contractual documents. Selection of a maximum of 5 bidders according to published eligibility criteria.

2. Tendering phase and negotiation round: Publication of all project-related documents incl. complete FLB (Parts A to C); Submission of a tender on the basis of all published documents. Negotiation round after submission of a binding first tender. Evaluation of the tender according to published award criteria. Optional: Award of the first tender.

3. Second negotiation round: Submission of a final tender (re-evaluation according to criteria).

4. Award.
