4.1. The subject of the contract is the construction of pedestrian and cycle paths as part of the expansion of county roads located in Lublin Voivodeship, Biłgoraj County, in the area of Józefów Commune and Tereszpol Commune. 4.2. The contracting authority, in accordance with Article 91(1) of the Pzp Act, allows the submission of partial offers divided into 5 parts as follows: 4.2.1. Part 1 of the contract: Construction of a pedestrian and cycle path as part of the expansion of county road No. 2946 L Sigła – Stacja Kol. Krasnobród" within the task entitled: “Rowerowe Roztocze Pedestrian and Cycle Paths in Rural Areas” in Biłgoraj County with a length of approx. 2763 m 4.2.2. Part 2 of the contract: Construction of a pedestrian and cycle path as part of the expansion of county road No. 2919L Gorajec – Tarnowola" within the task entitled: “Rowerowe Roztocze Pedestrian and Cycle Paths in Rural Areas” in Biłgoraj County with a length of approx. 9705 m 4.2.3. Part 3 of the contract: Construction of a pedestrian and cycle path as part of the expansion of county road No. 2949L Krasnobród – Długi Kąt” within the task entitled: “Rowerowe Roztocze Pedestrian and Cycle Paths in Rural Areas” in Biłgoraj County with a length of approx. 4049 m 4.2.4. Part 4 of the contract: Construction of a pedestrian and cycle path as part of the expansion of county road No. 2952L Długi Kąt – Susiec" within the task entitled: “Rowerowe Roztocze Pedestrian and Cycle Paths in Rural Areas” in Biłgoraj County with a length of approx. 1551 m 4.2.5. Part 5 of the contract: Construction of a pedestrian and cycle path as part of the expansion of county road No. 2947L Zwierzyniec – Tereszpol" within the task entitled: “Rowerowe Roztocze Pedestrian and Cycle Paths in Rural Areas” in Biłgoraj County with a length of approx. 668 m Each Contractor may submit an offer for each part of the contract. 4.5. The detailed description of the subject of the contract – hereinafter referred to as “SOPZ” specifies: 4.5.1 Annex No. 1.1 to SWZ, which includes design documentation and work items for Part 1, 4.5.2 Annex No. 1.2 to SWZ, which includes design documentation and work items for Part 2, 4.5.3 Annex No. 1.3 to SWZ, which includes design documentation and work items for Part 3, 4.5.4 Annex No. 1.4 to SWZ, which includes design documentation and work items for Part 4, 4.5.5 Annex No. 1.5 to SWZ, which includes design documentation and work items for Part 5, 4.5.6 Annex No. 1.6 to SWZ Detailed technical specification for the performance and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB) and the Draft Contract Terms constitute Annex No. 3 to SWZ.
