Romania – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – SERVICII DE ÎNTREȚINERE A SPAȚIILOR VERZI DIN COMUNA CRISTIAN, JUDEȚUL BRAȘOV

The estimated minimum value of the Framework Agreement: 1489473.80 lei excluding VAT, the estimated maximum value 4178399.00 lei including VAT, the estimated value of the largest subsequent contract to be awarded during the framework agreement is: 1044599.75 lei + VAT. The minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement and the subsequent contract can be found in document Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference LIST OF ACTIVITIES AND ESTIMATED QUANTITIES. The acquisition of maintenance services to be provided according to the Award Documents in their entirety will be completed with the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for a period of 4 (four) years. The contracting authority will issue at least one subsequent contract based on the framework agreement. The contracting authority reserves the right to issue more subsequent contracts if necessary. By awarding the framework agreement with the object SERVICES FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF GREEN SPACES IN CRISTIAN, BRAȘOV COUNTY, the beneficiary aims to ensure that the following green space maintenance activities/operations will be carried out properly by an economic operator carrying out the activity. The green space maintenance activities/operations are described in Chapter III of the Terms of Reference, which is part of the award documents. The activities/operations that are the subject of the framework agreement must be carried out with economic operators who have the necessary personnel and equipment for the proper conduct of the activity. The contracting authority estimates that, for the provision of the services that are the subject of this procedure, the future contractor will have to provide the following activities/operations included in document Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference LIST OF ACTIVITIES AND ESTIMATED QUANTITIES (LIS), made available to tenderers and which is part of the award documents. Any reference in the award documents to standards, licenses, special procedures, brands, etc. will be considered as bearing the mention "or equivalent". Clarifications can be requested at least 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. As a rule, the contracting authority intends to conclude subsequent contracts with a validity of 12 months or until the value is reached. Thus, in this situation, the frequency of subsequent contracts is 1 subsequent contract/year. At the same time, given that the contracting authority is not obliged to conclude the subsequent contract for all activities mentioned in the framework agreement, the contracting authority may issue, during a single year, more subsequent contracts in the event that the initial subsequent contract does not cover a certain activity specified in Annex 1 to the framework agreement, or the initial subsequent contract has ceased validity by reaching the value. The total estimated value of the framework agreement is: range: minimum 1.496.633,80 lei excluding VAT and maximum 4.178.399,00 lei excluding VAT and the estimated value of the largest subsequent contract to be awarded during the framework agreement is: 1.044.599,75 lei excluding VAT.
