In accordance with the relevant provisions of the fire protection requirements plan of the municipality of Nohfelden, a new fire brigade district of Selbach-Neunkirchen/Nahe has been created, which comprises the two formerly independent fire brigade districts of the Nohfelden districts of Selbach and Neunkirchen/Nahe. This new fire brigade district represents the western part of all Nohfelden fire brigade districts. For the accommodation of this new fire brigade district, the construction of a new fire station is to take place in the street "An der Biermauer" in the centrally located, traffic-favourable location of Selbach. This new construction meets the modern current requirements placed on a modern fire station. In addition to the three-aisled vehicle hall, the changing and wet rooms (incl. SW locks) separated by gender, and a training and social room, the central clothing chamber of all Nohfelden fire brigade districts is to be housed in the new building. The planned building "fire station" includes all the necessary functional areas that must be provided for the special use in a sustainable manner. In addition to the vehicle hall area with 3 parking spaces, these are the changing areas with wet cells and locks, the training and assembly room, the office and administration area, and the clothing chamber necessary for supra-local task fulfilment, as well as the storage area in the attic. Further details are contained in the tender documents attached to this notice. Based on a cost estimate HU-Bau, the estimated costs for cost groups 300, 400, 500, 600 and 700 amount to approx. 1.95 million EUR (gross). The costs of cost group 700 amount to approx. 410,000 EUR (gross). The subject of this tender are the services of the project planning according to § 34 HOAI (performance phases 5-8). The new construction will presumably be subsidised with public funds. The contracting authority reserves the right to award individual performance phases in stages. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of all performance phases. In the event of the call-off of performance phases, the contractor is obliged to provide the respective services.
