Germany – Repair and maintenance services of electrical distribution equipment – Wartung, Instandsetzung und Erneuerung von Ortsnetzstationen

The maintenance measures are carried out on buildings, medium-voltage switchgear including circuit breakers, low-voltage systems and transformers. As part of the maintenance, oil samples are to be taken and analysed. In addition, further work is to be carried out in the substations as part of the refurbishment. This includes - repair of oil pans with Sikaplan WT 6200-20C foil, - asbestos remediation using the BT24 method for bonded asbestos panels with up to 20% asbestos content, - dismantling, installation and removal and transport of transformers, medium- and low-voltage systems, - live working up to 1 kV according to DGUV-R 103-011 and - asbestos sampling and evaluation. As part of the renewal, medium- and low-voltage mounting of transformer connection cables with the mounting of medium- and low-voltage end terminations and the earthing of operating equipment is carried out. Furthermore, low-voltage switchgear and medium-voltage switchgear including the switchgear are to be mounted according to the manufacturer's specifications. For transformers, seals are to be replaced and new bushings are to be installed as part of the renewal.
