The subject of this tender is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for the performance of painting and height work as part of the maintenance, repair and inspection of equipment included in the Logical Unit CS Engine Room (hereinafter also "LC CS"), external objects (hereinafter also "LC CV"), building objects (hereinafter also "LC CT") and Others (hereinafter "LC CX - PC and PP") at the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant, in order to ensure the required proper function of this equipment while maintaining all operating parameters of the equipment, such as its safety, reliability, failure-free operation, readiness, service life and economy of operation given by technical conditions. The subject of the Framework Agreement is the Supplier's obligation, at its own expense and risk for the Customer, under the conditions set out in this TD and in the Individual Contracts, to ensure for the Customer, on the basis of the Individual Contracts, the volume of hours of performance required by the Customer, consisting in the performance of, in particular, the activities specified below:

- painting work on the technology of the nuclear power plant, such as, in particular, but not exclusively: protective coatings of pipelines, valves, pumps and motors against corrosion, thermal influences and chemical substances, protective coatings of fans, coolers and other equipment, protective coatings of electrical distribution, cable routes and distribution cabinets, protective coatings on tanks and reservoirs of fuel, water and chemicals, coatings of technological surfaces and protective covers of technology, such as, in particular, but not exclusively: protective, special and chemically resistant coatings of walls, floors and ceilings and roofs/roofing structures in technological halls and other spaces of the nuclear power plant, coatings and maintenance of building facades and technological objects, maintenance and painting of chimneys, exhaust systems and cooling towers, coatings of structures, ladders and platforms of the nuclear power plant, such as, in particular, but not exclusively: protective and fire-resistant coatings and coatings on supporting structures, platforms and staircases, protective coatings and maintenance of access ladders, platforms and other access routes, coatings of concrete structures that are part of the technology

- work associated with cleaning, treating and modifying surfaces and protecting technology, technological surfaces and structures, such as, in particular, but not exclusively: grinding, polishing, impregnating, removing old layers of coatings mechanically or chemically

- carrying out work at heights and over free depth with the use of personal protective equipment against falls and carrying out work at heights and over free depth with the use of climbing techniques, such as, in particular, but not exclusively: painting, painting and other minor building, minor mechanical and minor electrical work and activities related to the maintenance of the logical units of the nuclear power plant which, when carried out, require, in particular, the observance of strict safety measures and the provision of proper equipment (use of special protective equipment that minimizes the risk of injury and ensures the safety of all workers) and training of workers. The above activities include, but are not exclusively: minor assembly and disassembly work, assembly and disassembly of auxiliary structures, preparation of surfaces, renovation, painting and other masonry height work, height work as part of mechanical maintenance and repair of technology, technological surfaces and structures, height work as part of electrical installations and work on masts, other work and activities related to the maintenance of the logical units of the nuclear power plant, carried out at heights and over free depth, with the use of personal protective equipment against falls and/or with the use of climbing techniques. These are works that expose a natural person to an increased risk to life or health according to Decree No. 591/2006 Sb., on more detailed minimum requirements for safety and health protection at work on construction sites, as amended, carried out in a special regime according to Decree No. 362/2005 Sb., on more detailed requirements for safety and health protection at work on workplaces with a risk of falling from a height or into a depth, as amended, ensured by the Supplier in accordance with the technical standard ČEZ_TST_0070 Work at heights in DJE, specified in the Binding Documentation for the Supplier, which the Customer is not able to ensure with his own workers (hereinafter also "work at heights").

- other related technical activities, creation of technological procedures for the assembly/disassembly of auxiliary structures, preparation and reading of construction, technical and implementation documentation for coatings, determination of work procedures, means and methods according to technical documentation, preparation of technical reports, protocols, handling of materials and waste, compliance with BoZP and fire protection, possible further activities related to the subject of this TD, related to the maintenance of the Operator's equipment included in the technological units, which are part of LC CS, LC CV, LC CT and LC CX - PC and PP of the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant.

- The subject of the performance also includes the performance of controls in the form of preparation, management and evaluation of the activities performed, including the provision of the necessary materials and spare parts.
