Finland – Engineering design services – Kunnallisteknisen suunnittelun asiantuntijapalvelut DPS 2026-2031

The contracting entity is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the procurement of municipal technical design expert services. During the validity of the dynamic purchasing system, all interested candidates or groups they form may submit an application to participate in the system. The DPS is valid until the date indicated in the procurement notice, unless it is terminated or amended while the DPS is in force. Competitions for tasks are conducted among the suppliers accepted into the dynamic purchasing system through internal competitions within the system during its period of validity. The procurement phase of the DPS begins after the establishment phase on 10.8.2026 and ends when the validity period of the DPS ends. The first processing of applications for participation will commence at the earliest on 10.8.2026 and the first internal competitions may be published at the earliest on 1.9.2026. A more detailed description of the subject of the dynamic purchasing system is presented in the application for participation and its appendices, particularly in Appendix 1 Dynamic Purchasing System Subject and Sub-areas. SCOPE OF THE DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM The estimated total value excluding VAT of all sub-areas of the dynamic purchasing system is a maximum of 7 500 000 euros. NOTE! This procurement notice replaces the procurement notice with the same title published in Hilma and the TED database on 22.5.2026. The contracting entity also requests that suppliers who have submitted an application for participation based on the previous notice submit an application for participation again based on this procurement notice. In the new notice, Appendix 3 References has been amended so that completing the form is clearer and presenting reference information is easier.
