The consultation concerns the award of a contract for the thermal renovation and refurbishment of the facades of buildings B, D and E of the Cité des Douanes du Havre, located at 91 rue Casimir Delavigne. The estimated budget allocated to the works is as follows:

- Firm lot: Implementation of the 1st phase of works (Building D): 1,420,000 € excluding VAT

- Optional lot 1: Implementation of the 2nd phase of works (Building E): 1,420,000 € excluding VAT

- Optional lot 2: Implementation of the 3rd phase of works (Building B): 495,000 € excluding VAT
