Germany – Repair and maintenance services of security and defence materials – BG_1673_EU/26 - Werksinstandsetzung von Pumpe, Kraftstoff des Systems GTK Boxer

The contract covers the overhaul of the pump, fuel system of the GTK Boxer. Bidders must take into account when submitting their offers that the information on the respective lots is derived solely from historical values estimated requirements and may include any additional requirements (safety margin). The actual orders placed during the contract period may deviate in terms of the quantities required in a lot for the respective supply numbers. The upper limit for each order is in any case the total quantity summarised in the relevant lot (estimated requirement + safety margin). This contract does not obligate the contracting authority to place individual orders. The contract period begins with the award of the contract and ends on 31.12.2029. Furthermore, the contracting authority reserves the right to optionally extend the framework agreement until 31.12.2032. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends for any legal reason, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special termination right.
