The contract concerns the inspection, maintenance, repair, and delivery of sports equipment within municipal sports facilities, as well as the maintenance, delivery, and relocation of mobile sports equipment (hereinafter referred to as: Sports Equipment). The various components of the contract are closely interrelated in terms of content and organisation. The contract includes the following components:

- Drawing up MJOP and MJIP

- Inspection of sports equipment

- Repair of sports equipment

- Delivery of sports equipment

- Instruction on sports equipment

- Delivery of mobile sports equipment

- Didactic and functional framework

- Logistics, quality, and management

- Instruction on mobile sports equipment

- Dossier

- Agreements and Procedures (DAP), drawing up

- Portal or dashboard functionality

- Sustainable and circular procurement of sports equipment

The estimated contract value of the Framework Agreement is € 520,000, - over the entire term including extension options. The Contractor cannot derive any rights from these expectations. The total maximum contract value under the Framework Agreement, including a realistic uncertainty margin of € 60,000, - is set at € 580,000, - over the entire term including extension options. The Framework Agreement expires after the end of the contract year in which the total contract value of € 580,000, - is reached or as soon as the then applicable end date of the Framework Agreement is reached.
